As a Quality Control Inspector, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance.

Duties - Perform quality inspections on incoming materials, in-process production, and finished goods - Utilize precision measuring instruments such as calipers and gauges to ensure product specifications are met - Conduct visual inspections to identify any defects or deviations from quality standards - Analyze test data and documentation to determine product conformance - Collaborate with production teams to address any quality issues and implement corrective actions - Conduct quality audits to assess compliance with CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) regulations - Fabricate and maintain inspection fixtures and tools as needed - Document inspection results, maintain accurate records, and generate reports Qualifications - Previous experience in quality control or a related field - Strong knowledge of quality management principles and practices - Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions - Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments such as calipers and gauges - Familiarity with quality assurance processes and procedures - Knowledge of CGMP regulations is preferred - Excellent attention to detail and ability to spot defects or deviations from specifications - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with cross-functional teams If you are a dedicated professional with a passion for maintaining high-quality standards, we encourage you to apply for this position.
