This individual will be responsible for overseeing our Manufactured Home Communities from all facets, including:
Collection Evictions Delinquency Inspections Adhering to all local government laws Tenant relations This position also includes, but is not limited to:
Meeting a critical number of expectations 100% occupancy rate consistently Ensuring 100% collection of all rent and fees promptly Ensuring 100% compliance with company home standards around well-maintained properties Position Requirements:

years of experience in Customer service and or sales.
Ability to be very active - walking, bending, standing, and lifting to 20 pounds.
Ability to legally operate a motor vehicle with a valid driver's license Completed High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience Sets high standards for themselves Works with integrity and honesty Works calmly under pressure and can follow through on commitments Strong work ethic - moves quickly, but with strong attention to detail Strong organizational and planning abilities Proactive/take initiative/self-motivated Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
