30 PM Monday - Thursday Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable Clerk Duties:
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and in a timely manner - Prepare and review invoices, purchase orders, and payment requests - Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies - Assist with month-end closing activities, including journal entries and account reconciliations - Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records - Assist with the preparation of financial reports and analysis as needed Skills:
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices - Ability to analyze financial data and identify trends or issues - Familiarity with journal entries and general ledger reconciliation - Previous experience in public accounting or corporate accounting is a plus - Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance is desirable - Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping - Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively Job Type:
